Richard has over forty years’ experience representing clients in matters ranging from buying, selling or leasing a home or business, litigating civil disputes to handling the planning or settlement of estates. Attorney Smith also served ten years in office (2010 to 2020), in the State Legislature’s 108th District, and was a member of the powerful Judiciary Committee each year.

Attorney DeFeo received her A.B. from Colgate University in 2002 and her J.D. from Syracuse University in 2007. She is admitted to the Bar in both New York and Connecticut and operated her own firm, Cameo Legal, in Danbury representing clients in a wide range of legal matters, including estate planning, probate, litigation and commercial law.
